自行式剪叉升降机（特殊定制）

      SJYZ系列自行式液压升降机的主要特点是：使用人员可以不用下升降台就可控制机械升降、行走，可在台面上控制设备行驶到其他的工作地点。设备自身具有行走及转向驱动功能，不需人工牵引，不需外接电源。移动灵活方便，令高空作业更方便快捷，是现代企业高效安全生产之 理想高空作业设备。
 
组成
      直流电动驱动轮具有自锁功能，驱动轮工作时刹车分离，不工作时自动锁定。
      自行式升降平台有以下几部分组成：
      1、 剪叉式主体结构和伸缩工作台、以及安全护栏。
      2、 自动行走直流电动驱动轮。
      3、 液压系统：泵站、油缸等。
      4、 直流电源、充电器。
      5、 电动控制箱和操作箱
 
移动形式
      以自身携带可充电蓄电池为行走、转向动力
 
升降动力
      以自身携带可充电蓄电池为升降动力
 
工作高度
      4米、6米、8米、9米、10米、12米、14米（参见此类产品规格型号表格）
 
适用场所
      主要适合于地面平整、经常变换工作地点的场所，例如：宾馆、酒店、礼堂、大厅厂房、仓库、车站、机场、码头、加油站、体育场馆等的高空设备安装维修、清洁，还用于起吊设备维护，钢架结构厂房维护等。

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION: It does not need any outriggers, one man operates on the working platforms;Moving forward,turning around and lifting up are easily operated.Short chargeable time and  long dural time of the battery; Easily moved, spacious working platforms, smooth working condition and high working efficiency.
 
MAIN COMPONENTS:
      The AC motor-driven wheel has the function of self-locking, the brake will be released automatically when push the controlling handle to move the machine, otherwise it will be activated all time.
Basically the machine has the following main parts:
      -Steel scissor body,platform,platform extension and its safety protections
      -AC motor-driven wheels
      -Power pack including pump ststem and cylinders
      -Chargeable batteries groups and their charger;
      -Electrics-control box and manual control pannel.
 
MOVING METHOD: The chargeable battery provides the power to move and steer around.
 
LIFTING POWER:The chargeable battery provides the power to raise up the lift platforms.
